When something knocks you down, it’s how you choose to get back up and how quickly you choose to get back up that will make all the difference. But don’t necessarily be TOO quick to get back up as you may only suppress the feelings you should feel from that experience. Don’t bury the moment as it will only come back to haunt you later and will do more damage in the interim. Take the time to feel all things necessary. Don’t be afraid of the feelings. Be open to them; feel them wholly regardless of how much that may hurt. And then move forward; stronger, more confident and healed completely.
