The first step is awareness

One of the hardest things in this world is admitting our faults, fighting our demons and recognising our triggers?
I have definitely found, specifically the last week, to be a challenge in many ways. I’m now into week 5 of no energy drinks and still really struggling with energy levels (previously drinking between 1-5/day for a number of years!). Not to mention I can feel my demons trying to take over. I have had to remind myself how good that is that 1; I can recognise them and 2; that I have trained myself over time that I can fight them and win.
